A team of 'Teenangels' are to teach children the fundamentals of online safety. Their goal is to teach young surfers how to avoid criminals who prey on children using e-mail, chat rooms and instant messaging. It is the brainchild of Parry Aftab, a New York lawyer who specialises in security and privacy law. 19 July 2001
